A huge plus for 4×4 self-drive and overland visitors in the campsite adjacent to the main lodge facilities.  Five neat concrete slabs for pitching your tent, a clean ablution block and a braai / BBQ area perched on the banks of the river mean that the real bushcamp experience can be had and the main lodge’s facilities can be enjoyed.

We have just spent New Year’s Eve 2023 at the Lodge and had a wonderful time enjoying the lodge at a slow pace.  The staff were constantly sensitive to our requirements and the food was amazing.  We cannot thank the team enough for a lovely get-away and a memorable NYE celebration.
